• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email and travel details will be automatically sent to you within 7 days of your nominated travel date.

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 21 days before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 21 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 21 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Maximum wait time for a transfer is one hour. Late arrivals exceeding one hour and no-shows will void offer and no refunds apply
• Transfer valid for up to three or four passengers, as selected, regardless of age (including children and infants)
• Infant & Child booster seats: Infant or child seats are available on request by pre-booking for a fee. A surcharge from USD$5 per car per seat per trip applies. Alternatively, guests can bring their own
  • Maximum of two (2) child seats permitted per car
• Rates may be subject to change depending on additional governmental taxes or fees

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are per vehicle and are valid for one-way transfer, as selected at time of booking. Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer
• Valid for transfers to or from Hong Kong International airport (HKG) only
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer and no refund is applicable. If there are changes to your flights, please advise ahead of time with as much notice as possible
• Luggage restrictions:
  • Luggage capacity for up to three people transfer: Three (3) pieces of luggage
  • Luggage capacity for up to four people transfer: Four (4) pieces of luggage
  • Any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice. The appropriate vehicle type will be allocated based on number of passengers
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the information requested by provider in advance of flight arrival
