• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• You must wear enclosed, flat shoes
• Sports shoes or something comfortable with some grip are recommended
• Wear light and comfortable clothes such as activewear or shorts/tracksuit pants and a t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather
• Don’t forget your sunglasses and apply sunscreen to your face and hand

Requirements:

• Must be aged 8+ to participate. All child bookings (under 18s) must be accompanied by a paid participating adult aged 18+
• If you are over 75, you must also submit a Medical Form
• Minimum height for participants is 1.2 metres tall
• Minimum weight is 30kg, maximum is 134kg for participants
• Must be under 0.05% blood-alcohol concentration
• To be eligible for a concession ticket, the participant must hold a valid Australian Pension Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Health Card or Student Card

Important:

• You should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part.
• No specific training is required before the tour, however, you will be given a safety briefing and guidance from your Tour Leader on the day
• Disabilities and medical conditions are different for everyone. If you’re unsure, speak to your GP and complete the Medical Form.
• If you are over 75 years of age or pregnant you must also submit the Medical Form signed by your GP, no later than three days prior to your tour.
