Important:

  • Family fare: Maximum of two adults and two children of the same family. Normal fare applies for additional children. Not applicable with any other discount
  • Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
  • This cruise travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
  • All taxes and levies are included in the total price. A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area
  • Transfers are not included in this experience

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made before 12pm (midday) on the day prior to travel: no cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations made between 12pm (midday) and 6pm on the day prior to travel: a 50% cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellations made after 6pm on the day prior to travel, late arrivals and no shows: a 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
