Cancellations

• All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Bookings made between 26 December – 31 January require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change a booking you have made

• Not valid: Public holidays
• Departure Point: Depart from Marriott Marina. Marina access via boardwalk on the northern side of the resort
• Bookings valid to 31 July 2025
• Check-in required 30 minutes prior to departure time. Failure to do so may result in voucher forfeiture

Important:

• Valid for ages 8+. Height restrictions may apply – please enquire directly with Surfers Parasailing prior to purchase
• All passengers are required to sign a public liability waiver; riders under 18 will require a parent/guardian to sign on their behalf
• Minimum weight: 60kgs for one person or maximum combined weight of 200kgs for two people
• Maximum of 12 passengers per boat

Terms & Conditions:

• Charters are weather and mechanical dependent and may be cancelled and postponed at Surfers Parasailing’s discretion. If the trip is cancelled, you will be offered a reschedule date (refunds are not available for postponements)
• All passengers must wear life jackets throughout the whole ride. A comprehensive safety briefing will be given prior to departure; all passengers must be able to speak and understand English fluently
