• Although departure times are confirmed at the time of booking – actual times are subject to change due to flight scheduling. Flight schedules are completed the day before travel and Pacific Island Air will confirm departure times from your location the day before

Important:

• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full payment is made
• Subject to conditions, children under 1 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap – please advise at time of booking. Please note, infant passengers are not entitled to baggage allowance
• Travel insurance is strongly encouraged
• Flight times may vary slightly from those originally published due to daily flight scheduling. Where possible, any alterations or amendments will be communicated to the passenger and resorts the day before the date of travel
• Please allow up to 20 minutes for transfer duration

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum passenger numbers apply for flights to proceed. Maximum of six passengers applies to all helicopter flights
• Maximum weight per passenger is 85kg
• Pacific Island Air allows 15kg of baggage per person (2+), any excess baggage will be charged on arrival at FJD$10 per kilo and sent on the same or next available flight
• All flights are subject to weather conditions. Should weather conditions or unforeseeable events dictate that flights cannot be carried out, passengers may be required to find alternative transport or overnight accommodation, which would be at their own expense. Pacific Island Air will not be liable for any loss or extra expenses incurred as a result. Cancellations due to unfavourable weather conditions within 24 hours of flight scheduled departure will result in no refund
• Pacific Island Air reserves the right to alter prices, cancel departures, arrange alternative transport, and vary itineraries and services in any way without prior notice to you
• Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations

Cancellations:

• Flight cancellations require a minimum notification period of 14 days prior to departure date to be eligible for a full refund
• No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 14 days of departure date

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice prior to departure date is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
• Changes, once ticketed, are subject to availability and will incur a service fee from FJD$50
• Changes within 7 days of travel date cannot be accommodated
