• Departure point: Berth 5, Coffin Bay Yacht Club Floating Jetty, 146 Esplanade, Coffin Bay SA 5607
• Check-in: Please do not wait at the departure point sign as check-in is at the boat so make your way down to the boat for boarding and check-in 15 minutes before tour start time
• Parking: Parking is available behind the yacht club building. It is recommended you arrive at Coffin Bay Yacht Club 30 minutes prior to park your car, gather your personal items and find the location of the boat for boarding and check in 15 minutes prior to tour start time
• The boat will depart at the tour start time; unfortunately the tour cannot wait for late passengers. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• Please allow approximately three hours for this experience, including travel time
• Oyster tastings: This tour includes twelve oysters per paying passenger. Family rate includes only two dozen oysters to be shared between the two adults and three children. Not one dozen each.
• Please be advised that the skipper’s talk is approximately 20–30 minutes long, which is generally not of interest to young children. Parents with young children are recommended to bring a quiet activity for this part of the tour (an iPad with headphones is ideal) or an exciting snack to keep the kids entertained during this time. Alternatively, families have the option to sit in the outside seating area during this part of the tour if they’d be more comfortable, which is an ideal location to spot an array of sea creatures in the oyster farm

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum four people required for trip to proceed. If a trip fails to satisfy minimum numbers, it may be canceled or rescheduled
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. A selection of drinks are available for purchase onboard at own expense
• All children under 18 must be strictly supervised by their parents at all times
• If the wading experience cannot be fulfilled due to any unforeseen circumstances, a 25% off discount code will be issued to you which can be used on a future booking
• Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed. Refunds do not apply for no sightings
• Weather conditions: The weather and sea conditions can sometimes require Experience Coffin Bay to run a shorter tour in place of those scheduled. Whilst Experience Coffin Bay understands this can be disappointing for some passengers, this decision is always made with passenger comfort and safety in mind. Tidal conditions can also impact the tour. Changes are only made when required, however sometimes need to be made at short notice or even mid-tour, your understanding is appreciated
• If high tide or poor weather conditions prevent the wading experience at the oyster beds, it will take place at Kellidie Bay

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date: 20% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
