• As this is a boat tour please remember to dress appropriately for the weather. It can turn cold quickly so a warm jacket and beanie is advisable.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses and camera should be on your list of things to bring. Shoes that can get wet if splashed etc

• Parking is available behind the yacht club building. Please do not wait at the departure point sign as check-in is at the boat so make your way down to the boat for boarding and check-in 15 minutes before the tour start time
• It is recommended that you arrive at Coffin Bay Yacht Club 30 minutes prior to park your car, gather your personal items and find the location of the boat for boarding and check in 15 minutes prior to tour start time
• While wildlife sightings are likely, they are not guaranteed

• Please note if you have booked a senior or a student ticket, a valid ID will need to be presented upon check-in
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or mechanical issues
• The weather and sea conditions can sometimes require Experience Coffin Bay to run a shorter tour in place of those scheduled. Whilst Experience Coffin Bay understands this can be disappointing for some passengers, this decision is always made with passenger comfort and safety in mind. Tidal conditions can also impact the tour.. Changes are only made when required, however sometimes need to be made at short notice or even mid-tour, your understanding is appreciated

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure date: 20% cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 14 days notice is required to change a booking you have made
