• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Swimming costume
• Beach towel
• Reefsafe sunscreen (SPF 30+)
• Sun protective clothing such as T-shirt or rash vest, hat and sunglasses
• Cash or credit card for on-board purchases, snacks and optional activities (AUD$, VISA, MasterCard & Amex accepted)
• Camera (or you can hire an underwater digital camera from onboard photographers Calypso Reef Imagery)

Every day

Availability:

• Available every day: Check-in from 8.30am–9.30am. Departs Cairns at 10am; returns to Cairns at 5.30pm
• Check-in point: Check-in and collection of boarding passes must be completed 8.30am–9.30am at the Sunlover Cruises desk inside the Reef Terminal at Cairns Marina (located corner of Spence St & Pier Point Road). Passengers who fail to check-in by 9.30am may miss final boarding. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
  • Please bring the credit card used and ID of cardholder for verification at check-in
  • Seawalker and Introductory Diving Experiences: If you have booked Seawalker or Introductory diving activities as part of your day, please ensure you read the medical checklist of requirements for participation here

Important:

• Please allow a full day for this experience. Departure and return times may vary according to tidal conditions
• Food and drinks not mentioned are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Sea conditions vary every day. The pontoon and catamaran are very stable and safe. If the rare occasion occurs and it is deemed that it isn’t safe to operate due to sea conditions, passengers will be offered travel on an alternate day or will receive a refund
• Passengers who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take necessary precautions such as motion sickness medication prior to travel
• Children must be accompanied by a supervising adult guardian aged 18+

Terms & Conditions:

• All guests must review the medical checklist prior to booking
• The Moore Reef Day Tour may be cancelled occasionally due to poor weather. This decision is made after Sunlover Reef Cruises carefully assesses current and forecast conditions, with the comfort and safety of the guests being the number one priority
• Children must be aged 5–15 to participate in the Guided snorkel tour and aged 12–15 years to participate in the Seawalker Helmet Dive and/or Intro Scuba Dive activities
• Diving Activities:
  • Please be aware that certain medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart disease, diabetes) and/or prescription medication may prevent some people from diving. If you have a certain medical condition or are taking prescription medication, it is imperative to review the medical checklist prior to travel and to seek advice from your physician
  • Scuba diving can be strenuous under certain conditions. Your respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health. All body spaces must be normal and healthy
  • In the interests of safety, it is recommended participants do not fly within 24 hours of the last dive. You will not be allowed to dive until you are declared medically fit to dive
• Itinerary and reef site access are subject to change. The description has been provided as a guide only and may vary according to the conditions of the day
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
