Availability:

• Available every day: Morning sessions at 9.30am; Afternoon sessions at 12pm
• Not valid: Elephant Experience is closed on the 28th of every month for maintenance
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Points: Return transfers available from selected central Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Sanur and Ubud hotels – please advise of location at time of booking
• Make sure to choose the departure location that is nearest to you and arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Transfers will not wait for late arrivals

Important:

• Gratuities are not included in this tour
• Food and drinks not specified are not included. Any excess amount must be paid directly to the venue
• Bali Zoo does not provide babysitting services. Parents are responsible for their own children at all times, including during the program
• If group size exceeds 20 people, a buffet lunch will alternatively be served

• For safety reasons, the minimum height requirement for participants is 120cm. Please note, children under 120cm are not allowed to enter the mud fun area
