• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Bounty Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Bounty Cruises abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Additional water sports activities are available, for a surcharge: wibit floating trampoline, jetski, diving, parasailing, rolling donut boat, fly board, sea walker
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
