Important:

• Please notify Autopia Tours of any medical conditions and your travelling contact number at the time of booking
• Infants aged 0–4 are not permitted to travel on adult laps and must be safely restrained within a child protective seat. Infant protective seats are free of charge and must be requested at the time of booking
• Please note the vehicles do not have the storage to accommodate prams or strollers, these must be left at your hotel or accommodation.
• Food and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Limited storage space on the vehicle, baggage limited to 1 x 5-7kg day bag per person
• Please allow up to 4 hours for this experience, including travel time

• All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to bookings@gltg.com.au or 03 9393 1333
• This terrain is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, wheelchairs, walkers, prams or strollers
• A low level of fitness is required to complete the walks
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• This itinerary schedule is interchangeable during seasonal weather fluctuations or during park closures due to traditional landowner ceremonies
• In the event of rain or inclement weather, your travel experience will still go ahead, unless contacted by the provider. This tour would only be cancelled in extreme weather conditions, whereby it’s not safe to travel

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
