• Available every day: Departs 12pm–2pm; returns 9.30pm–11pm (times change seasonally as they are based on the time of sunset)
• Not valid: Christmas Day & New Years Day
• Seasonal timings: Departs: 1pm (October, March – April); 1.30pm (November & February); 2pm (December & January); 12.30pm (May & September); 12pm (June – August)
• Pick-up/Departure point: See booking calendar for stops and times
• Please arrive at your nominated pick-up point at least 5–10 minutes before scheduled departure
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• Please advise if you have any special dietary or food allergies as dinner is included as part of this itinerary
• This is a walking tour, and as such a reasonable level of fitness is required.
• This tour is affected by daylight savings hours, the departure time changes throughout the year to maximise the sunset experience
• Please allow up to nine hours for this experience

• All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to bookings@gltg.com.au
• This experience is not suitable for children aged 5 years and younger
• Children (6–12) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
• This tour is subject to minimum numbers, should these not be met your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled
• Autopia Tours reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if external events occur that deem it not viable for them to operate the planned itinerary. Should Autopia Tours have to cancel your trip you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
