Availability:

• Available Tuesday – Sunday: Pick-up from 9.05am–9.50am; returns 6.30pm –7pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Monday, Christmas Day & New Years Day; check the calendar for full availability
• Pick-up/Departure point: See booking calendar for stops and times
• Please ensure you are at your designated pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time. Late arrivals and no shows will void offer
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2025

Important:

• A moderate level of fitness is required to complete the walks
• Please advise if you have any special dietary or food allergies as morning tea is included as part of this itinerary
• Lunch is not included in your itinerary and will have to be purchased at your own expense
• Alcohol is not permitted onboard any of Autopia Tours’ vehicles
• Please note there is no luggage storage facilities onboard the vehicle, please only bring a small day pack with you

Terms & Conditions:

• All reservations must be confirmed within 48 hours of departure via email to bookings@gltg.com.au
• This experience is not suitable for children aged 5 years and younger. All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
• This tour is subject to minimum numbers, should these not be met your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled
• Autopia Tours reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if external events occur that deem it not viable for them to operate the planned itinerary. Should Autopia Tours have to cancel your trip you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 8 before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations made between 2–7 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
• All cancellations need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• All requests to change a booking need to be made in writing to bookings@gltg.com.au
