- Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to attend your tour or flight due to illness, COVID 19 restrictions, travel delays or weather etc you will be issued a full refund. Please inform Elite Aviation Services immediately if you are not able to attend and provide as much notice as possible.
- Safety Policy: Safety is paramount. Safety briefings are held prior to departure. Flights will be conducted at Pilot’s discretion. Flights may be delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. weather. In the event of a cancellation, the booking can be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.
- Insurance: Elite Aviation Services carries insurance for all operations undertaken including passenger liability insurance as required by Australian Aviation Law.
