• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return hotel transfers are available at selected central Christchurch hotels. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• If your hotel is not listed, the departure point is Christchurch Bus Interchange – Corner of Lichfield St and Colombo St, Christchurch
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows void voucher

• No refund will be made if guests voluntarily leave a trip for any reason. This includes refund of accommodation, transport, sightseeing, activities, meals or services not utilised
• Cheeky Kea Tours reserves the right to make changes to their itineraries or cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure if something beyond our control deems it necessary such as natural disasters, political instability, terrorism, weather, cultural conditions or other external events. Cheeky Kea Tours will be in touch with anyone affected as soon as possible.
• If Cheeky Kea Tours cancels your trip on which you are holding a fully paid booking, you may choose between an alternative trip or a full refund. The company is not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than that originally booked, then you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the alternative tour chosen is of a higher value, then you will NOT have to pay the difference in price
