• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your departure time for check-in. Late arrivals and no-shows will not be refunded

Important:

• Travel insurance is highly recommended, particularly during the wet season (January to April)
• It is advisable to bring a rain jacket during the summer months (January – April) and warmer clothes during the winter months (June – September)
• Red Cat Adventures does not cater for dietary requirements. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks and place them in the esky
• Menu is subject to change depending on availability. Images and menu are provided as an example only
• Prescription snorkel masks are available at a surcharge, payable directly to Red Cat Adventures

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption. Alcohol is not sold on the boat, but all guests are welcome to BYO and place cans in the esky. No red wine or glass is allowed on the vessel
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
• A pregnancy waiver must be signed before travel for all pregnant passengers. Wildcat Mackay is happy for anyone who has been approved by a doctor to be fit and healthy in their second trimester to travel. If you are in your first or third trimester, a doctor’s certificate is required before travelling. It is up to the skipper’s decision on the day they are happy for you to travel, depending on the weather conditions that day. Safety for mum and baby is highest priority
• Cruises may be cancelled by adverse weather conditions. Red Cat Adventures will endeavour to reschedule cruises, accommodate guests on other tours, or provide alternative options. In the event that guests are not able to travel, the fare will be refunded
• Vessel may be substituted depending on availability
