- Cancellations within 24 hours for coach-only tours and 72 hours for cruise tours are subject to a 100% cancellation fee
- 100% cancellation fee applies to no-shows on the day due to incorrect booking dates

- Pick-Up Points: Barrack St Jetty, Captain Cook Cruises at 11.45am, Crown Casino Burswood at 12pm and Swan Valley Visitor Centre 12.25pm. Drop-offs are from 5pm–5.30pm, depending on drop-off points
