Deposits: If a deposit is required, the property will contact you directly to organise payment. A security deposit may be required prior to your stay and will be refunded after departure if no damage or outstanding charges are identified.
Damages: A record of the property’s condition may be documented during both arrival and departure. Guests must notify the property immediately of any damages that may occur during their stay.
House Rules: Guests must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations during their stay and ensure the property is left in a clean and orderly condition. Compliance with all house rules, including those related to pets and noise disturbance, is mandatory.

Please Note
- A one-time resort access fee of $35 is required. For groups larger than 13, the fee is $45.
- Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge.
- A gas BBQ grill is included. Guests must clean the grill and drip tray after use and replace the propane tank if empty.
- A maximum of four vehicles is permitted per reservation. No commercial or recreational vehicles, boats, trailers or RVs are allowed overnight.
- Pool doors are equipped with chimes for safety. A pool safety fence is provided and must remain in place when the deck or pool is not in use.
- Solar pool heating is included and helps remove the chill from the water. For higher temperatures, optional gas heating is available for $35 per day and must be booked for the entire stay. A minimum of three nights applies if your stay is shorter.
- Pool heat is required for the spa to function as a hot tub. Jets are available at all times, but only gas heat raises the water temperature.
- Pool heating temperatures cannot be guaranteed and may vary due to cold weather or equipment limitations. Refunds are only issued if there is a confirmed technical malfunction.
- The home is equipped with a monitored security system for your peace of mind.
