Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Fine Print:

• Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a representative holding a Luxury Escapes sign and taken to your hotel.
• You will be emailed an online form to book in your date and time within 1-2 days of purchase.

• Rates are per car, one way
• Three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. Six-passenger car can fit six pieces.
• Infant seats can be booked at USD3 per seat each way. Guest can bring their own.
• Driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that time, the transfer will be considered cancelled.
• Cancellations are entitled to a full refund if made 21 days prior to departure.
