I had a buffet lunch at the 3 Spoons restaurant of InterContinental Landmark 72. The Korean cuisine buffet was amazing, and the staff, servers, and restaurant managers were wonderful. In particular, Assistant Manager Huong, waiter Duong, and staff members Thuy, Luong, Anh, Ngoc, and Chien supported and took great care of me. I will definitely continue to use the services here in the future.

Our recent experience at InterContinental Hotels Hanoi Landmark72 was not only remarkable but also impeccable. I could not be more satisfied with the entire team at your hotel. From the time of our reservation through to our departure, we genuinely relished every moment. The staff took exceptional care of my partner and me, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my requests throughout our stay. The delightful gesture of addressing us by name at the restaurant (which is quite uncommon these days) along with the welcome amenities and the birthday greeting note we received were the icing on the cake for us. We eagerly anticipate many more nights at your establishment and extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at InterContinental Hotels Hanoi Landmark72 for their outstanding care.

A Heartfelt Thank You for a Wonderful Stay at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 We recently stayed at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 to celebrate our beloved daughter’s birthday, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the thoughtful care and kindness we received throughout our stay. Thanks to the incredible hospitality of the hotel team, we were able to create unforgettable memories as a family. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The biggest surprise was a beautiful birthday cake and a handwritten note prepared for our daughter — such a heartwarming gesture that deeply touched us. On the day of our departure (August 26), Hanoi experienced heavy flooding. Despite the challenging weather conditions, the hotel went above and beyond to arrange safe and reliable transportation to the airport. Thanks to their swift response and care, we were able to return to Korea without any issues. A special thank you to Manager THUY DO for the exceptional support and to the driver who ensured we reached the airport safely and on time, despite the difficult road conditions. Thank you once again for making our daughter’s birthday so special and for creating memories that we will cherish forever. We truly hope to return to InterContinental Hanoi Landmark72 in the future.

I had 2 great days here. The atmosphere, interior and service are all amazing. Right from the time I entered the room, I felt the warmth and comfort that the hotel brings. Besides, food and drinks here are also excellent, morning buffet gives me an unforgettable culinary experience. Special thanks to Mr. Nguyen Binh for welcoming me really thoughtful and complete. He shows thoughtful and dedicated in the process of serving customers at the hotel. From moving, eating or even giving me some local tips very helpful. Actually this is one of the hotels that make me most satisfied when I arrived in Hanoi. If you are looking for a luxurious, dedicated resort with a leading service, you cannot ignore InterContinental Landmark 72.
