• From 3 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Available every day: pick-up 10am; return 5.30pm (approximately)
• Not valid: public holidays
• Pick-up/Departure point: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Melbourne - Flinders St, 270 Flinders Street, Melbourne, AU 3000. Transfers available from selected CBD accommodation
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026

Important:

• Guests must be aged 18+ to book this experience
• Minimum two adults required to book
• Maximum six adults per tour. This is a shared tour, meaning you will likely share your experience with other guests if your booking is for fewer than six people
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time
• Any food and drinks not listed in the inclusions section are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)

Terms & Conditions:

• Epicurean Food and Wine Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour if the tour does not meet the minimum number to operate. You may be given the option to upgrade to a private tour or postpone your tour date
• Epicurean Food and Wine Tours reserve the right to change the itinerary due to availability and for the best cellar door or winery restaurant experience on the day
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
