Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available Saturday & Sunday: Sittings at 11.45am, 12.30pm & 1pm
  • Note: Restaurant and Cellar Door close at 2.30pm, it is recommended to come earlier to enjoy your wine tasting experience before your lunch sitting
• Not valid: Monday – Friday, public holidays, and special event days such as Valentine’s Day
• Tables will be released if you are more than 20 minutes late and voids offer

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and wine (unless specified), drinks during lunch sitting, merchandise from Immerse Winery shop, and hotel transfers
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability
• Extra guests (including children) must purchase additional meals from the menu. Everyone attending the reservation must either be on the booked offer or order from the menu (no sharing offers between more than two people)
• Please include any dietary requirements or extra guests and children in the comments section when making your booking to ensure they can be catered for. Please note, they may not be able to accommodate extra guests if not advised at time of booking
• The dessert tasting box contains nuts, please advise the restaurant if unsuitable
• Please allow up to two hours for your experience. Note maximum seating time of 90 minutes applies at restaurant
• Menu subject to change. Valid for dine-in only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any excess amount is payable directly to the Immerse Winery

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Immerse Winery abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• Take-home wine cannot be consumed at the table and is takeaway only. Take-home wine selection is available for house-selected bottles only
• 15% discount on take-home wine purchases applies only to bottles purchased by voucher-holder on the day of redemption. Not combinable or applicable with other discounts or offers
• Maximum table size is six guests per table including children. Cannot be combined with other bookings
