  • Day One: Departs Melbourne from 6.30am (pick-up begins 45 minutes prior to departure)
  • Day Two: Departs Apollo Bay from 6.15am; returns to Melbourne at 6pm (approximately)
  • Please note: Departure time varies according to pick-up location
• Not valid: Public holidays
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Please advise your guide of your preferred point from the list of locations. Please Note: Drop-offs are not available in St Kilda at the end of the tour. Drop-offs in Melbourne CBD only
• Please arrive at least five (5) minutes prior to your departure time and be waiting outside your designated pick-up location. Late arrivals and no-shows will void offer

Important:

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal adult guardian
• Pick-up time might vary due to traffic conditions. If your bus has not arrived within 10 minutes of pick-up time, please contact Around and About directly
• As this is an overnight tour, please you keep your luggage for the tour to a small/medium size suitcase or bag, plus a carry-on handbag or small backpack. Please leave all your large luggage at your accommodation in Melbourne
• If you are unable to leave your large luggage behind, please email Around and About with total number of luggage plus the size of each item. They will do their best to accommodate your extra luggage but it cannot be guaranteed
• Seat belts must be worn while travelling in the vehicle and all passengers, including children, need to have a seat (infant seats available on request)
• No smoking on the bus
• Passengers are welcome to eat and drink on bus (no alcohol)
• Lunch and drinks are not included. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Accommodation Information:

• As this is an overnight tour, you will stay at Apollo Bay Eco YHA
• Free dorm bed in a shared room is included
• Note: Dorm beds are not guaranteed to be in the same dorm. Beds might be split over multiple rooms
• You are welcome to upgrade to the following at an extra cost (subject to availability):
  • Private Double room (sleeps 2): A$111 per room
  • Private Twin room (sleeps 2): A$111 per room
  • Private room (sleeps 4, bedding configuration varies from room to room). Suitable for triple and quad share: A$133 per room
  • Private Family room (sleeps 5, bedding configuration varies from room to room): A$177 per room
  • Upgrades and payment must be organised with Around and About directly
• All rooms have shared bathrooms, toilet and kitchen and lounge area
• Must bring own bath towel
• If fully booked, Around and About will find an alternative backpacker accommodation in Apollo Bay
• You are also welcome to source and book alternative accommodation in Apollo Bay village (own cost)
• Please let Around and About know your accommodation choice when you make the booking

Terms and Conditions:

• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• All activities are undertaken at the guests’ own risk. Around and About does not take responsibility for any injuries sustained whilst on tour
• Around and About does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property
• Failing to attend the tour, or arriving late at pick-up point will result in the loss of all money paid

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 10% applies
• Cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before departure date: a cancellation fee of 25% applies
• Cancellations within 7 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made, subject to availability
