Important:
- Christchurch Tram includes 18 stops in the city centre (see route, stops and map here). Guests will have all-day, hop-on hop-off access on the selected date from 9am–6pm. The full circuit takes approximately 50 minutes to complete
- Booking times are not required for the Gondola, present your ticket at the base and you can ride redeem your roundtrip ride in your chosen timeframe on the day. Gondola is open from 10am–5pm daily
- Gondola ride times are approximately 10 minutes each way. Please allow up to three hours for the entire gondola experience
- The use of drones is not permitted at any time at the Christchurch Gondola
- Food, drinks and transfers are not included in your ticket. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- Guests are welcome to enjoy both attractions on the same day or visit on different days
Terms & Conditions:
- Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
- Childen must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Tram itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
- Gondola rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of Christchurch Gondola for passenger and crew safety
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 36 hours before departure date: no cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations less than 36 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
