• It can be a bit colder in the forest than it is in Rotorua. It is recommended you wear 1-2 extra layers so that you are comfortable outside. High-quality wet weather gear can be provided by Rotorua Canopy Tours if you are lucky enough to experience Canopy Tours in the rain. Your guides will be doing all the work for you on tour
• Each tour has different fitness requirements. For the Original Canopy Tour it is required that participants are able to raise both legs into a seated position, walk comfortably for one hour and walk up three flights of stairs unassisted. For the Ultimate Canopy Tour it is required that participants are able to raise both knees above your hips, would be comfortable going for a half day forest walk and be able to walk up six flights of stairs unassisted.

Terms & Conditions:

• Children (6–15 years) must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+)
• Tours have a maximum weight of 120kg (264lb) and a minimum age of 10 years old applies
• Activities are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Rotorua Canopy Tours for safety reasons
• Bringing your camera/personal items is at your own risk, Rotorua Canopy Tours recommends ensuring that your camera has a strap that you can attach to yourself or can be kept in a zip pocket
