- Each helicopter can hold up to six passengers or a maximum combined weight of 480kg

- Flights are subject to minimum passenger numbers, weather and flying conditions and may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of The Helicopter Line
- This experience is not suitable for children under the age of 15. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying parent/adult guardian (18+)
- Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. The Helicopter Line abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
- A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to The Helicopter Line. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
- Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
- The Helicopter Line will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. The Helicopter Line works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
- In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
- All flights require a minimum number for departures, this varies at each base. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be co-ordinated to achieve minimum numbers
- Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, the same prepaid voucher will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line aviation bases for a flight of similar duration and price. This avoids the situation of refunds
