• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Captain Cook Cruises Sydney for passenger and crew safety
• Itinerary is subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Cruise vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Cancellations:

• Cancellation is permitted up to 72 hours prior to cruising and will incur a fee of 50% of the total amount paid
• Cancellation within 72 hours prior to cruising will incur a 100% cancellation fee
• If the operator is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no cancellation fees apply. You may seek a refund, change the date of your booking, or a credit can be made with The Jackson Sydney towards another event within 12 months of original date of travel
• Refunds are not available for services not availed once travel has commenced
• Refunds exclude cancellation fees, change of date fees and any third-party fees financial transaction fees including credit card surcharges

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Please note any difference in the fare is payable by the customer. Additional date changes incur a A$20 per person non-refundable fee
