Cancellations

• For cancellations after 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations between 12 midday and 6pm on the day prior to travel, a 50% cancellation fee will apply
• For cancellations before 12 midday on the day prior to travel, no cancellation fee will apply

Changes to booking

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Available every day: Check-in from 7.30am, returns 4.30pm (approximately)
• Departure/Pick-Up Points: This experience include transfers to Port Douglas Marina from accommodation in Port Douglas OR Cairns/ Northern Beaches
• Valid for the departure/pick-up location selected at the time of purchase – please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Northern Beaches accommodation pick-up radius includes Palm Cove, Clifton Beach, Kewarra Beach, Trinity Beach, Yorkeys Knob and Holloways Beach
• Cairns CBD accommodation pick-up radius includes immediate surrounds
• A fuel surcharge may apply. With fluctuations in world oil prices, it may be necessary to apply a fuel surcharge to your ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price. A Government Environmental Management Charge (EMC) applies to all adults and children aged 4+ entering the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage area

Scuba Diving Terms & Conditions:

• Intro divers will receive a PADI certificate as a memento. This certificate is NOT a qualification. To get a recognised qualification, you will need to complete a Learn to Dive Course
• Certain medical conditions (diabetes, asthma etc.) and medications may preclude some people from scuba diving. Please see Quicksilver Cruises’ Dive Medical page for more information
• Minimum age for introductory scuba diving is 12. Children under 15 who are diving must be accompanied by a parent/adult legal guardian. Children between 15–18 may travel unattended but a dive waiver (either certified or introductory) and a letter signed by the parent/legal guardian giving permission for the child to dive, must be presented to the crew on the day before travel
• Flying after scuba diving: A wait of 12 hours is recommended but preferably 24 hours, if doing multiple dives, before ascending to an altitude of 300 metres or greater
• As a Certified diver, you’ll need to present proof of certification. Certified divers must possess an internationally recognized SCUBA certificate card
