- Business facilities such as Wi-Fi internet services, international newspapers and magazines
- Wheelchair access
- Variety of quality food and drinks available
- First Class Lounge also includes options for a buffet or a la carte menu, including wine (*must be aged 20+ for alcohol consumption)
- Flight information services
- Dates available on request. Service operation time is between 6am–12am

Things to know
- Bookings are on request only and must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
- After you have made your booking request, you will automatically receive confirmation of your requested date (if available) to your nominated email address. Bookings are not confirmed until you have been contacted by ICS Travel Group to finalise booking
- Please note: ICS Travel will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly

- Up to 2 days before your chosen date - 100%
- Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Important:
- Infants aged 0–2 years old may enter free of charge – please advise at time of booking
- Children aged 3+ are charged at adult rates
- Pass is valid for maximum 2.5 hours for lounge usage. Extra hour is charged from THB 350 net/hour/person, payable directly to venue
- Valid for lounges located at Phuket International Airport (HKT) only at international OR domestic departures (as selected)
- Any excess amount and personal expenses are payable directly to venue
- Additional fees may apply for amenities such as shower rooms
- Select amenities may require advance booking and are subject to availability
Terms & Conditions:
- Must be aged 20+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
- Valid for access to the lounge type selected at time of purchase. Access is non-transferable
- Dates are on request and subject to availability
- Amenities are subject to availability and may not be accessible at time of reservation
- Partial refunds do not apply for less than 2.5 hours’ use of lounge access
