• Pick-up location must be provided at time of booking to confirm the transfer. Failure to do so may result in a missed transfer
• If the pick-up address wasn’t provided at purchase, please email bookings@hiddenforestelephantreserve.com at least 3 days prior to your booking date with your name, voucher number, and pick-up address. Upon receiving your email, Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve will confirm your transfer and provide the approximate pick-up time.

  • Note: Shared return transfers are available from hotels located in outer areas of Phuket including Cherngtalay, Bang Tao, Surin Beach and Kamala for a surcharge from THB300 per person, payable directly to Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve

• Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve is plastic-free. Please bring a reusable water bottle as there are chilled filtered water stations
• Please be mindful of the local Thai culture and wear clothing that is suitable for the forest, not the beach
• If it is very hot, you may wish to bring a long-sleeved shirt as extra sun protection. Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve provides umbrellas that can also be used to protect from the sun as well as the rain
• Should you wish to be dropped off at a different location than where you were picked up, please specify when making your booking. However, charges may be applicable depending on location and availability
• Please allow approximately 3.5 hours for this experience, including travel time

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve

Meet four rescued elephants in the south of Phuket at Hidden Forest Elephant Reserve, a peaceful sanctuary where you can observe elephants in their natural habitat. Founded by elephant specialists Kong and Louise Rogerson in November 2023, this ethical elephant sanctuary aims to educate guests about these endangered gentle giants and continue to rescue and rehabilitate elephants.
