• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers available from Cairns accommodation. Please advise of accommodation location at time of booking
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

• This experience is not suitable for children aged 0–3
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Wildlife encounters are by their nature, wild, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Refunds do not apply if no sightings occur on your tour
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date: 20% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations made up to and less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
