- Bookings are essential and need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Should Alba Thermal Springs & Spa need to contact you regarding your reservation, they will do so via the email/phone number you have supplied upon making your booking

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before reservation date: no cancellation fees apply

Changes to booking
48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking
- Guests are to bring swimwear for bathing
- Waterproof footwear such as thongs or slides are also recommended
- Lockers are provided, however it is recommended to leave your valuables at home
