- Any recreational activity including beach activities, swimming and paddleboarding are undertaken at own risk
- It is the parent’s responsibility to supervise their children at all times
- BYO drinks are permitted, and glasses will be provided. Only beer, wine, cider and pre-mixed UDLs are permitted. No other form of alcohol is permitted on board. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption. Alcohol is permitted in moderation only
- What happens if the weather or sea conditions are not suitable? Brisbane Yacht Charters operates a stable catamaran in a protected bay, but naturally boat tours are always subject to suitable conditions. The team constantly monitors the weather and responds professionally to any changes. Guest comfort and safety are always the priority. Should a cruise be cancelled by the operator due to weather conditions, a future credit will be offered
- Minimum number for yacht to sail is 10 passengers; maximum is 24
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no re-booking fee applies
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 14 days’ before departure date: $35 per person re-booking fee applies
- Cancellations within 72 hours before departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% loss of fare applies
Changes to Booking:
- Changes requested with more than 14 days’ notice: no re-booking fee applies
- Cancellations between 72 hours and 14 days’ before departure date: $35 per person re-booking fee applies
- Changes requested less than 72 hours’ notice cannot be accommodated
