Availability:

• Available every day on request: Departures available from 9am–4pm
• Departure/Return Point: 20 First Ave, Moorabbin Airport, Melbourne 3194
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your check-in time. Late arrivals or ‘no shows’ will not be refunded or rescheduled

Important:

• Minimum two people required to book
• Maximum number of guests per flight is six
• Scenic flights may be shared with others. Exclusivity is only guaranteed upon request and when 4 or more seats per helicopter are purchased
• Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
• Subject to conditions, children under 3 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. Maximum of one infant (0–2) per flight
• Transfers, food and drinks are not included
• Due to limited cargo space, light hand luggage only is permitted

Terms & Conditions:

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Helicraft Australia. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
• Flights and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. Refund requests are at the discretion of Helicraft. If a reschedule date doesn’t exist, guests will be placed on a waitlist for an alternative date
• Helicraft tours are based on an industry-standard average passenger weight of 80kg per person for a total weight allowance of 320kg, including the pilot. If the total passenger weight exceeds the total average weight allowance, a larger helicopter or second helicopter or flight may be required at an additional charge
• Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
• Helicraft Australia will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Helicraft Australia works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage

Cancellations:

• Any cancellations or changes to itinerary must be made in writing to flights@helicraft.com.au
• Cancellations received after booking confirmation with more than 24 hours notice incur a 20% cancellation fee
• Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the right to a refund

Changes to Booking:

• 72 hours’ notice is required when changing a booking you have made
• Changes to itinerary made after booking confirmation incur a $50 charge per change
• Changes received with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a $100 charge per booking change

• Maximum purchase limit of four per person applies
• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
