• Cancellations up to 14 days prior to departure date: booking will be refunded in full
• Cancellations made from 14 days to 72 hours prior to departure date: 50% ticket price will be refunded
• Cancellations within 72 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: no refund applies

Changes to Booking:

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made. Amendments may be subject to an administration fee from $10

• Flat footwear as boat travels on the open ocean. Shoes can be removed and stored on the boat, however guests should be mindful of the low risk of stubbed toes if shoes are removed
• Motion sickness tablets (if required). Sea West ‘is unable to administer medications other than herbal remedies.

• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food and drinks, hotel transfers
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with minimum 72 hours’ prior notice – please advise at the time of booking. Notification of food intolerances on the day is unlikely to be able to be accommodated, as logistics are planned well in advance
• Menu is subject to change. Images and menu descriptions are provided as an example only
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including boarding and disembarking time
• No smoking is permitted onboard any of Mandurah Cruises’ vessels or on the departure jetty
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• All guests must be able to move around the vessel independently and safely. This includes boarding via a narrow, slightly angled ramp, handling small steps or walkways and a ladder-style staircase with handrails to access the upper deck. As the vessel is on open ocean, guests must be able to stay upright on moving water without assistance (cruises do not go out in unsafe conditions, but passing vessels can cause wake).

• Experience is not suitable for guests with anaphylactic allergies as Sea West cannot guarantee an allergen-free cooking environment

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Guests travelling on seniors tickets must bring valid ID
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Minimum numbers apply for this cruise to operate. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund
