  • After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available
  • Please note: BH Rides will be in contact within 1–3 business days to confirm your booking and arrange a time with you directly
  • Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 1 day before your chosen date - 100%
• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• 4 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations received within 4 hours of scheduled departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee
• Vehicles cancelled on location will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Changes to Booking

• Four hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Valid for the type of transport as selected – please make your selection carefully
• Transfers valid for Burbank Airport (BUR) to selected Los Angeles hotels OR selected Los Angeles hotels to Burbank Airport (BUR), as selected
• Bookings valid to 21 May 2025

Important:

• Exclusions: Return transfers, additional stops during transfer, meals, drinks and optional gratuities
• The driver will meet guests at the arrivals exit with a sign
• Rates listed are valid for one-way travel only. To book a return transfer, you must purchase the additional option for your trip
• Infant & Child booster seats: There is no additional surcharge for a baby or booster seat but booking requires at least 24 hours’ notice to arrange this

Terms & Conditions:

• Luggage restrictions: Sedans: 2–3 bags per group; Escalades: 4–6 bags per group
• There is no surcharge for oversized items but will need to fit into the reserved vehicle type – any luggage that does not fit in the vehicle must travel separately at the passenger’s own cost
• Vehicle is subject to change depending on availability without notice
• Transfer is not confirmed until you have provided the above information in How to Redeem to the provider at least 24 hours in advance of flight arrival
