- During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
Important:
- Food is not permitted to be eaten onboard the vessel unless given prior approval
- No wheelchair access onboard vessel
- The cruise cannot guarantee sightings of animals. These are wild animals in their natural environment and experiences change daily
Terms & Conditions:
- Child tickets apply to children ages 3–12 years. Adult rates apply for anyone over the age of 13 years
- Must present valid identification for senior, concession or student tickets
- If you arrive on a cruise ship and cannot get into Penneshaw on your tender on the day, your tour can be cancelled (and you claim costs through travel insurance), or Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari can hold it for you to use within a 3-year timeframe
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Kangaroo Island Ocean Safari
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
