• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Return transfers are available from select Pokolbin area hotels within 10km of central Pokolbin. Please advise accommodation location at booking
• Transfers from surrounding areas, including Newcastle, Maitland and Singleton, can be arranged for a fee, payable directly to HV Tours. Please contact vendor directly to arrange
• Exact pick-up times will be advised via text, email or phone call the night prior to your tour. If you have not received your pick-up time by 7pm the night before departure, please call HV Tours directly on 0456 737 888
• Please note: If your accommodation has a long driveway or is on a rural property, HV Tours does not enter the property and will pick you up from the front gate of the property or a nearby main crossroad
• Please be waiting at the pick-up point at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings are essential and subject to availability
• Tasting menu is seasonal and subject to change. Menu details and images have been provided as examples only
• Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the vendor(s)
• Please notify at the time of booking of any dietary requirements and menu preference
• Valid for dine-in only
• Wheelchair and mobile accessible tours are subject to availability. Please inform HV Tours at the time of booking if you require this service
• This is a shared tour, meaning you will share your ride with other guests
• Please allow up to eight hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum two people required to book
• Please note that all participants of this experience must be 18+ and carry valid photo ID
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Tour is not suitable for hen’s and buck’s parties. Non-disclosure will incur extra charges from A$50 per person, payable before the tour commences or the tour will be voided

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations between 5–14 days before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies (or money held and alternate travel date provided if possible)
• Cancellations within 4 days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Bookings:

• 14 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
