• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Highland Explorer Tours reserves the right to cancel day tours where the minimum number of passengers is not reached. In such cases, the company’s liability to the customer is either the full return of monies paid for the tour or provision of a suitable alternative tour as agreed with the customer
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
