Changes to Booking:

• For amendments due to government closures and force majeure events: Receive credit voucher for the full value of the booking paid on the booking with a 12-month validity date. The credit can be applied to the cost of any future Journey Beyond product/experience
• For change of mind or personal reasons: Name, date and product changes permitted up to three (3) days prior to departure. Change of date must be within the same tour season. Name changes permitted subject to available weight on tour. Fare difference may apply and subject to availability

Availability:

• Available selected dates: Pick-up from 5am; departs 6am ex.Broome; return 5pm; drop-off 5pm - 5:30pm ex.Broome (approximately)
• Pick-Up/Drop-Off Point: Coach transfers are available from selected Broome accommodation – please make your selection at time of booking
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• All tours are subject to availability and weather. All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure
• All children (4–12) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children and parents are guaranteed to always be seated on the same aircraft
• Infants (0–3) are not permitted on this tour
• Alcohol consumption is not permitted on this tour
• You must ensure that you are medically and physically fit for travel. Guests must be able to walk reasonable distances unassisted, climb several stairs at various locations on tour, be able to keep balance onboard the floating pontoon, and be able to keep up with the pace of the tour
• The total duration of this tour is approximately 6 hours

• A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures
• Itinerary and aircraft substitutions are subject to Management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air traffic control and availability. The operators reserve the right to cancel or make amendments to existing itinerary at any time and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible
• Separately to the weight declaration, for safety reasons the maximum single-seat payload is 120kg

Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
• In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes will be offered, or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both
• Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed
