• Return shared transfers can be arranged for guests staying in Sirey, Yamu or Paresa Kamala area hotels for an additional charge from THB100 per person, payable directly to ICS Thailand. For guests staying in Panwa, Maikhao, Naithon, Layan and Naiyang area hotels, private return transfers are available for an additional charge from THB1000 to THB1400 per car, depending on location, payable directly to ICS Thailand

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–12. Children aged three and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Please note, this tour is not suitable for anyone with any medical issues such as heart disease, bone/back problems, respiratory disease, impaired mobility or any other medication-dependent illnesses
• Tour is not recommended for pregnant women and not suitable for wheelchair users
• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Boat rides are subject to change depending on weather conditions and may be cancelled at the discretion of ICS Thailand for passenger and crew safety
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
