Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 20 days before the departure date: no cancellation fees apply
- Cancellations made between 19 and 10 days prior to the departure date: 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations made between 9 and 5 days prior to the departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellations within 4 days of the departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies
Changes to Booking:
- 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
