• After you have made your booking request, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to your nominated email address. Please note this is NOT a final confirmation, as your desired date may not be available

Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 12 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

6 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day on request: Pick-up from 3pm–4pm; drop-off from 9pm–10pm. Times vary according to your pick-up location
• Pick-up Point/Drop-off Point: Roundtrip transfers from Dubai hotels. Please specify accommodation at time of booking
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2025
• Please ensure you are at your pick-up location no later than the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer

Important:

• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to Elevate DMC
• Please allow up to seven hours for this experience, including travel time
• This is a shared tour and all transfers may be with other guests
• Meals do not include any alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks must be purchased separately at own expense. Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as examples only
• One 4WD Landcruiser will hold up to six passengers during Dune Bashing experience

Terms & Conditions:

• Accessibility: A private car booking is required for Individuals with back problems, disabilities, or those aged 60+. Guests aged 60+ are advised against riding camels
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, hazards or mechanical issues
• Partial refunds do not apply if any tour components were possible but guests choose not to proceed, or were ineligible due to failure to meet requirements
