• Guests are required to shower before beginning their bathhouse journey. Body cleanser, shampoo and conditioner are provided in all showers

• The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is wheelchair friendly with ease of access provided. The main bathhouse is wheelchair friendly; onsite water wheelchair and ramp are to be utilised. Please advise the reception based on your needs
