  • Passengers aged 3+ are legally required to occupy their own seat and are therefore required to pay full ticket price
  • Children aged 3–13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) on all flights
  • Subject to conditions, children aged 0–2 may travel free of charge when seated on a parent’s/guardian’s lap. For bookings of more than one infant (0–2), please contact Nautilus Aviatoin directly as aviation conditions may apply
  • All passengers must receive a safety briefing prior to departure and wear life jackets if travelling over water
  • Helicopter flights are shared, meaning you will likely share your ride with other guests
  • Seat allocation including window seats for scheduled flights (non-exclusive) are decided based on weight and balance and at the discretion of the pilot or ground crew to ensure the safe carriage of all passengers

Terms & Conditions:

  • Valid for one person. Minimum of two passengers required to book
  • A fuel surcharge may apply to the ticket price. In such cases, any charge will be collected on departure, payable directly to Nautilus Aviation. No fuel surcharge is presently applicable
  • Tours and aircraft substitutions are subject to management and/or pilot discretion, weather, air-traffic control and availability. In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations
  • Individual passenger weights and accompanying carry-on luggage must be advised upon booking. Weight variances greater than 10% may incur an additional fee. Maximum single-seat payload is 130kg. For passengers exceeding 130kg, aircrafts seating four or more (4+) passengers are required for private charters and for listed tours and packages, an additional seat at 50% of ticket price may need to be purchased directly with Nautilus Aviation for passenger comfort and aircraft weight and balance
  • Reservations are held only when weights are received and full passenger details provided
  • Nautilus Aviation will not be liable for any loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience arising from, or incidental to, any delay in service. Nautilus Aviation works in conjunction with other tour operators and is not liable for their acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise. Travel and admissions will be subject to the conditions imposed by the operators, which may limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage
  • In the event of bad weather, providing there is availability, date changes are welcome or in the worst-case scenario, cancellations. Please note, if half the paid tour was possible, the component not experienced will be refunded, not both

Cancellations

  • Yellow Water Cruises has a non-refundable fee of $20 per person on all cancellations and reduction in passengers outside of 48 hours prior to departure
  • Cancellation notice of 48 hours is required for a full refund claim (excepting $20 per person fee as per above) and 24–48 hours, for a 50% refund claim
  • No refund applies if booking is cancelled within 24 hours

Changes to Booking

  • 48 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
