- Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
- During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
- Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
- This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
- Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
- Guests travelling from Townsville must catch the correct Sealink ferry to connect with the departure:
- Afternoon tours require the 1 pm or 2:15 pm Sealink Passenger Ferry from Townsville.
- Car ferry passengers must take the 1 pm or 2 pm Magnetic Island Ferries Car Ferry from Townsville.
- Later ferries will not connect in time for the tour.
- Full ferry timetables available at Sealink Passenger Ferry and Magnetic Island Car Ferries.
Terms & Conditions:
- Concession rates are valid for holders of an Australian Concession card that must be presented at check-in
- Child rate applies for children aged 2–14. Children aged 1 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
- Wildlife sightings are likely but cannot be guaranteed
- Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Aquascene Magnetic Island for passenger and crew safety
- Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
- Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
- Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
