• Up to 7 days after purchase - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before tour departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to bookings

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available: Every day: Departs 8.30am; returns 12.30pm (approximately) OR departs 1pm, returns 5pm (approximately)
• Not valid: Blackout dates including 9 October 2024, 25 December 2024 and 1 January 2025
• Bookings valid to 31 March 2026
• Depature/Return Point: 1 Pier Point Rd, Cairns City, Queesland 4870
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location

• Exclusions: Meals, drinks and hotel transfers
• Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to vendor(s)
• This tour travels into open waters, which may be choppy at times; taking motion sickness tablets is recommended
• Bookings are limited and subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment
• A moderate level of fitness is required for snorkelling as it can be a strenuous activity. Flotation devices are provided for guests who require them
• All taxes and levies are included in the total price
• Please allow up to four hours for this experience, including travel time

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 4–14. Children aged 3 and under are NOT permitted on this tour
• Itinerary and sites are weather and tide permitting. Please note departure times may vary due to weather and tide conditions
• Reef Adventures may use photographs/videos of our clients in promotional material, including social media. If you do not consent to the use of your image, please contact Reef Adventures directly. • Tours are not suitable for guests with pre-existing back, neck or hip injuries or those who are heavily pregnant
• A signed waiver is required from all participants prior to departure. Travel insurance is recommended
• Cruises are weather-dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Reef Adventures for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
• Late arrivals and no-shows void offer
