Important:

• Exclusions: Additional food, drinks, and hotel transfers. Set menu restrictions apply. Any additional personal expenses must be paid directly to the venue(s)
• Dietary requirements can be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice. Please advise at the time of booking
• Menu is seasonal and subject to availability. Images and sample menu have been provided as an example only
• Valid for dine-in only
• Maximum sitting time per booking is two hours
• Maximum group size per table is two people, should you be a solo guest you might share your meal and table with another guest
• Please tie long hair back and avoid wearing necklaces, dangling earrings and bangles for your safety
• You will be required to climb three sets of stairs with 10 steps to access the dining area
• You can take your phone with you for photographs, however, they must be attached to a Vertigo phone lanyard. These are available for hire onsite for a small fee
• Guests must exceed 110cm in height, minimum weight 25kg, maximum weight 120kg

Terms & Conditions:

• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request. Vertigo abides by the RSA regulations and has the right to enforce them
• You will be required to read and sign an Indemnity Form prior to commencing the experience
• You must weigh more than 25kg and less than 120kg (maximum harness circumference is 115cm)
• You must exceed 110cm in height and be 10 years of age or older to participate
• At the start of your experience, you must have a blood alcohol level of 0.00%
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant people
• The event will proceed as scheduled in light rain, but attendees should bring weatherproof jackets for comfort
• If the event is cancelled by organisers due to adverse weather conditions, you’ll be contacted and can either reschedule to another session or opt for a full refund

Cancellation Policy:

• This experience is non-refundable

Changes to Booking:

• 7 days’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Please note you will be required to pay a 5% reschedule fee
