• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

• Departure/Return Point: Pier 13/14, Downtown Ferry Terminal, Auckland
• Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to departure time and closes two minutes prior to departure time
• During busy periods such as school holidays and weekends, please allow extra time for parking at your departure location
• Guests may bring one piece of carry-on luggage. Fullers360 Cruises & Experiences’ crew may determine whether luggage is acceptable as carry-on luggage, based on space in the vessel, safety and the size of the luggage
• Parking is not included but is available at Downtown Car Park, located on the corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street, approximately a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal
• Please allow up to two hours for this experience, including check-in, boarding and disembarkation

• Child rate applies for children aged 5–15. Children aged 4 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking
• Departure times vary according to season and are subject to change without notice depending on weather and sailing conditions
• Ferries are weather dependent and may be cancelled at the discretion of Fullers360 Cruises & Experiences for passenger and crew safety
