• No drones, alcohol or smoking permitted onboard
• Please note, vessel access includes a few small steps
• Small foldable strollers are welcome, depending on vessel capacity (strollers cannot obstruct walkways)

Terms & Conditions:

• Child rate applies for children aged 3–15. Children aged 2 and under are considered to be infants and are free of charge but are still required to be listed when booking. Infants must sit on parents’ laps
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian aged 18+
• Whale sighting guarantee: Whale sightings are highly likely. On the off-chance that whales are not sighted, a free return ticket will be issued to all passengers so you can travel again
• The Skipper (master) has total discretion as to the operation of the vessel including passenger loading, vessel route, event timing, carriage of goods, serving of alcohol, acceptable conduct of passengers, and the disembarkation of any ill-behaved guests.
• A photographer will be on board to take photos of the animals and the group of whale watchers on board that trip. Your image may be captured at any time and be used in souvenir sales and/or publicity in any format. By entering the vessel, you consent to your image being recorded and used for these purposes and you acknowledge that copyright in these materials rests with Kokomo Cruises. Any photos taken onboard a cruise may be used by Kokomo Cruises for publicity in any format.
• Cruises are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled at the discretion of Kokomo Cruises for passenger and crew safety
• Minimum numbers apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled
• Vessel is subject to change depending on availability
